Talk about healthy relationships so listeners understand how building and sustaining a healthy relationship has a positive intergenerational effect.
Encourage listeners who have experienced abuse to develop self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love and to become self-sufficient.

Julie Frischkorn, MSW, LCSW, is the Director of Behavioral Health and Mindfulness with Empower360/Spark360. Her background is in psychotherapy. She has worked with individuals and families in residential facilities and private practice settings.
Julie is a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator and a Mental Health First Aid Trainer. She has been teaching and training in classrooms, non-profits, and corporations for the past 15 years. She has built community partnerships, de-stigmatized mental health services, and has provided wider access to emotional well-being resources.

Devin L. Patterson is a Counselor & Psychotherapist with over two decades of experience in the counseling/helping profession.
He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Pennsylvania. His private practice, Devin L. Patterson Mental Health Services, provides counseling services for anger management, trauma, depression, pre-marital/marital counseling, domestic violence, gender-related issues, and grief/loss.
