Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month
If you have teens in your life...THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!
We closed out Teen Dating Violence Awareness & Prevention Month with invaluable information from our co-host Rhonda L. Fleming, the Chief of Prevention, Intervention & Outreach at the Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh.
Even though this is the end of February, teen dating violence, unhealthy relationships, and what teens often refer to as “toxic” relationships will go on in March, April, and May… well, you get it.
Teen Dating Violence is an ongoing issue, with stats showing that 1 in 3 teens experience some form of abuse before the age of 18.
Rhonda shared invaluable information on this topic and interviewed me as I have lived experiences with this form of violence.
